De Kift is a poetic nine-piece fanfare-punk band from the Netherlands, since 1988. The song lyrics (in Dutch, their mother tongue) consist of playful fragments of world literature. The music is a hatful of boundless energy, intimacy, melancholy and euphoria. A magnificent mishmash of magnetizing music.
On May 15th the band released their 12th studio album Hoogriet.
